The characteristics of the services offered are presented in the "Solutions" section of our website, and products offered for sale are presented in the "Shop" section. Photographs are not part of the contractual scope. The responsibility of the company Senmurv Group cannot be engaged if errors have been introduced. All texts and images presented on the company's website are reserved worldwide for copyright and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited. 

Article 3 Validity Period of Offers

Products are offered until stocks are exhausted. In the event of an order for an unavailable product, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by email or postal mail.

Service or product delivery timelines vary depending on the client's order and/or address. All information will be transferred to the client before the final payment. 

Article 8 Right of Withdrawal 

8.1 Goods Purchased from Provider's Website: For goods purchased from our provider's website, please refer to the withdrawal policy provided by the respective provider. The terms for these goods are subject to the policies of the provider from whom they were acquired. 

8.2 Digital Content Supply Services: With respect to digital content supply services, you acknowledge and agree that the provision of digital content will commence upon the validation of your order by payment. This initiation of service may occur prior to the expiration of the standard 14-day withdrawal period. By proceeding with your purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for digital content. 

8.3 Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for requesting their required services within each subscription period. Unused services within a given month will not carry over to the subsequent month. 

8.4 Annual Memberships: Annual memberships are non-refundable. However, members reserve the right to request the removal of their name from our list by submitting a written request.
